Employee refused to allow my husband to pay for groceries after he waited over 30 mins in line simply because he asked her to open more cashier lines since there were 25 plus people in line. She was a supervisor named Leti but acts like she runs the place clearly.

I am filing a civil action against drouse. And probably the parent grocery store kroger, over disgusting and deplorable behavior by a cleric at the store.

I believe the clerk was put on Leave.

Maybe even fired.

The manager of the store miguel, what was wonderful, is very honest from what I see.

This store is located in santa barbara, california.. I have been shopping at rouse for over 6 decades. And I have just watched their store.Customer service fall dramatically.

I am female, but born with a deep voice, and I'm tiny petite.

The clerk attacked me in front of several people. In fact, got on the microphone and shouted out to the whole store about my disability.

Then she stole my groceries that I had just paid for I had to get the manager and he saw the whole thing he apologized, but I he said he was very nice. He did nothing wrong. I said she needs to apologize and she looked at me, crossed her arms and said, I'll never apologize to you and then yeah. Turned her nose up into the air.

It goes much deeper than what I just briefly stated.

But imagine having a disability such as no legs, and then the cleric says, well, if you can't stand up and push those buttons, then I'm not going to help you. That's about the same thing or if you're a black person, and they say, well, I don't help black people just because I don't like black people. That's about the attitude that I was getting.

Imagine being in those shoes and being dealt with that, and then they say this all over the store on the Earth speaker, it's very humiliating. So yeah, I am suing the store.

Because apparently while the manager is kind, they are still allowing this woman to act like a feral animal. The manager needs to manage better and get rid of this garbage employee and let her find employment as a janitor or something along those lines, where she is not interacting with people.

Wouldn’t it be better to ask and find out if she still works there? That way she could further praise this Miguel she approves of or condemn the store for inaction.

The wait at store 196 in Long Beach on Carson is absolutely redicilous. Store manager Denise is on a total power trip dictatorship, rude to customers, rude to her employees, holding up lines.

tI was exiting the entrance with a electric shopping cart and got stuck inbetween the bars of the entrance.while trying to exit out. it smashed down on top of my legs and i crashed into a stand and scream for help and the security guard help pull my legs from underneath the cart around 10am on 10/25/25.

Shop elsewhere, the Kroger corporation does not do anything about fixing the problem with the lack of internet connectivity in their stores. Digital coupons cannot be accessed in the stores. Vote with your wallet.

The in store app is useless. You make sure your phone is on their nonexistent WiFi, always says no internet connection.

Go outside the store, suddenly theres internet. Inside the store nothing. Dont waste your time on the stupid QR codes, they only send you to no internet connection. It doesnt matter what location the store is, no service inside.

Wrote to them, got back a dumb email saying they need every detail about it & they will investigate. Thats never going to happen.

The useless app is the number one complaint online. Theyre never going to fix it, just let customers pay more.

My husband was at the self checkout at the North Hollywood Ralph's on 5/21/25 . The Asian lady who was overseeing that area repeatedly ignored him.

I approached her and asked her if she could help him. Her facial expression was the complete opposite of welcome. Disdainful and acting annoyed and put up on. She barely acknowledged me but she did go over and push a button at his register and walked away.

She did not say a word to him. He concluded his transaction but didn't get the help he needed. He said to her. You didn't help me.

Then this person named Carlos said "you guys never asked for help, I was watching." He was not watching and he aggravated the situation. So what was just upsetting became an angry situation.

He evidently works at the store. He then repeated what he said and added "Have a nice day!" We don't need to shop for groceries at Ralph anymore.

This woman Asian her name is Sofia, I'm doing my groceries shopping. I have a Prilosec in my bag but I went to CVS buying the one item but I don't one to ask the lady to put in CVS bag.

So this Asian Sofia so rude to me and she accusing me stealing the Prilosec and I told her I don't steal the item. And I show her my reciet from CVS..this woman should be fired accusing people and rude to me. Plus she is rude to her co workers. General manager should be taken action with rudeness employees.

Customers should not takes the bus hit from them...if customers not buying your foods, your employees no salary. Customers should not takes any bushit from them.

Im at Food 4 less on Rosecrans and Lakewood and I want to buy deodorant but no one is coming to help me. I pushed the button like the machine said but no one came.

I called out to a customer to tell cashier. Cashier peeped head around but didnt call anyone. A worker came down the aisle sweeping and I said, Im pushing the button can you help me.

He said you have to go ask a cashier. So why have a button?

I try not to shop at Ralph's store. You buy mangos yellow outside and block inside. Yuca are rotten is the same you look at outside good.

Good afternoon, my name is Danisshea Blackston. They took $301 from a grocery store purchase of CalFresh at Ralphs, store number 5185.

I have six kids that I have to feed. Right now, we have nothing. I don't know if this can help, or what help just please have someone reach out to me, phone number is 951-423-****. I know there's nothing you guys can do about it, but I don't know where else to look or where else to go.

This person stole from Walmart, Vons, and Ross.

Ross store number is 5185. I feel like if a person has an EBT card, you guys should start asking for a photo ID.

I asked for help with a purchase and the representative was nasty and rude. Because I wanted help, she became very nasty.

When I asked for help with another item, she would not assist me. I was having problems trying to find pajamas and I really wanted to buy them. She had no patience with me. I never got the pajamas nor the sweater I wanted.

Both were sold out by the time I finally found them on the website. Basically, I missed out on the pajamas I wanted to buy and the sweater I was interested in. I was also interested in a jacket.

I am so upset and disappointed about not purchasing the items. Today, they are no longer on sale or available for me to purchase.

Ralph's Sucks So Bad I Gave Up Being A Customer

1. Fake prices that are jacked-up 50% and then put on "sale" for 20% less.

What a joke! Also look at how there is so much "shrink-flation" there so now my 64 oz. orange juice is only 52 ounces. Yes, the manufacturer does this, but Ralph's has the discretion to roll back the prices to the price per oz.

2. Ralph's puts profits above its own customers, remember that. It's all about them, not you.

3. Some products are put way atop the top shelf, a physical hazard to reach and the manufacturers probably paid to have their products put in an accessible area.

Ralph's will screw its own customers and suppliers, too.

4.Lazy workers take the path of least resistance, not be where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there, such as at the deli, meat and fish counters. Many times I have had to wait so long I just left and bought the merchandise elsewhere. How about a bell at the counter? A ticket number dispenser to show who's next?

(problems with that, too).

5. management lies. Wass told I would be called back about my legitimate complaints, and was not after an initial conversation in which the rep[ seemed to agree with me. Very rude and disrespectful to say they will call back in 2 weeks and not do so in more than 2 months, and ignore my calls to follow-up.

Very arrogant, too, showing what a ridiculous company this is. Total embarrassment to the Kroger brand (parent company) or maybe they are just as bad.

6. Security cameras everywhere as if you are guilty until proven innocent. Should have console where they can see what is happening and hide the cameras out of respect to the customers.

The smart companies do this, like their nearby competitor Grocery Outlet.

7. Bugs in the store., Seems when I returned there was bugs in the bags. Par for the course in their stores. Makes me want to "ralph" when I see them.

Corporate management seems willing to help, but also does nothing so I am no longer a fan.

9. Some nasty employees. Don't take any crap from them. Many are just plain stupid.

Overall, avoid Ralph's. Many better choices. I gave them a chance and Ralph's failed. Albertson's, Vons, even Walmart are much better.

Ralph's only cares about your money, not you. And their policies suck. Bad company, go somewhere else and be happier. Their ads are a disgrace too.

Who did them, very unprofessional just like the company so I'm not surprised. "Fresh for everyone." Not really, lots of stale products there sold near or at their expiration dates which always check at Ralph's.

I encountered several products sold there that were expired and even contacted the manufacturer because Ralph's still was selling them! Where's the Health Department to check on Ralph's?

Store complaint

When I approached the deli counter at your store on Sierra Lakes parkway in Fontana today Monday 9/23/24 to purchase fried chicken breasts I first encountered an elderly man who seemed either confused or annoyed that I asked him for fried chicken breast, his response was he had baked and if I wanted fried I would have to wait. When I asked how long he moved along and ignored me.at that time an elderly woman brought rotisserie chickens from the back and said if I wanted fried I would have to wait for her to go on break for 20 minutes and when she got back would be another 30 minutes to cook it.

When I asked to speak to a manger I was ignored for approximately 10 minutes and finally went and found her myself. I have been coming to this store for over 9 years and I the last few a month their is never fried chicken breast ready, these same 2 employees have no regard for the customer but they love quoting they have to take their union breaks.

I am part of the customer base that keeps you in business and this is unacceptable at any time. I probably will never return to this location again and definitely will not recommend to anyone else.

Don't deal with store management. Go to the state or federal regulator and log a complaint, and to the state attorney general as needed.

They must comply and reply.

I also had problems with them and dumped these chumps. Not worthy of my time or money.
