Poor management

The service and management of the Ralphs Eastbluff , Newport Beach CA is a disaster the way it is managed the store is dirty and the customer service is poor I have been a resident of the area for almost 30 yrs, and have seen the decline of the management in the past few years..

Horrible treatment by Ralphs manager Debbie

I did not have my Ralphs card with me due to a car accident and I was driving a rental and did not have my key card I had been in the store moments earlier and the checkout scanned a bar code for me. It was a 5 dollar saving and Debbie made me walk to my car to get the card if I wanted the saving. When I shared that I believed she was being rude and the reason for not having my card....she started to laugh at me and continue a diatribe on how she was not rude. When I ask for a number to call and file a complaint...she stated, "We dont do that here". I could tell the other employees were afraid to speak up when I asked for help.

Preferred solution: I want an apology and I want to know if Debbie lied to me about Ralphs not providing customers information on how to file a complaint. I feel my consumer due process rights were violated

Dissatisfaction with grocery delivery

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nora Divine, andi am a loyal customer of Ralph's (858-272 **-**) Four days ago I ordered grocery delivery under Ralph's Get it Now 20 program. I let Ralph's know the date and time I'd be home.. Unfortunately, the groceries were not delivered. I live at 4942 Crystal Drive in Thank you. Pacific Beach 92109, and I wasn't charged. Please advise. .

Employee named Dominic, at the Hastings Ranch Deli, deserves to be FIRED, as does the female employee without a name tag. I can only describe her as being Asian, and extremely rude.

Ralphs Corporation could care less. I was NEVER contacted by anyone.

Nothing has been resolved. The location of that Ralphs is in Pasadena, California, NOT Arcadia, California.

That employee, Dominic, still works in deli, with a smirk on his face. Good luck to anyone...

The female employee was very rude to another customer before me, and then behaved in a weird fashion towards me as well. We both ended up complaining at the front of the store. She did not want to accept my ticket #50 from the ticket dispenser, and insisted that the digital sign which read 30 something was correct, when the one other person, who had not been served yet, was number 51, and that customer told me I am next, which I was. The female employee kept stalling, and arguing with me, which was totally ridiculous. Then the male employee, Dominic, told the female employee to stop arguing with me so that I would get the *** out of the store faster. The other customer in line even heard, and witnessed this, and came forward, to the front of the Ralph's store, aiding me, and the other upset customer, who happened to be an off duty nurse. Those two employees deserve to be FIRED, as they are not decent people, and make Ralph's look bad. The store itself is GREAT!!! So are most of the other employees. This Ralph's is one of my favorite grocery stores, and I know there are other good Ralphs stores as well.

Poor delivery and wrong item delivered

I often buy my weekly groceries online, & I used to like Ralph's in Southern CA. This year, something has changed. It started with a regular order for home delivery. Unfortunately they delivered a double order. There were so many unwanted items that I soon ran out of room, & I used my neighbor's fridge. Another incident last week, when they delivered the wrong items, many of which were not fresh. So bummer, I don't use them anymore.

Foul mouthed deli dude named Dominic. Stay away from that one. He got into a customers 'business's, who was not even speaking to him, and commented to the female employee, right in front of other customers, plus the one being harrassed by the female employee, to stop arguing, or she will never get the *** out of the store.

The store at Nimitz and Rosecrans St. in San Diego has severe problems when it comes to keeping their store stocked.

I have been trying to get them to keep distilled water, Sparklets and Kroger by the gallon in stock for over a year now. I have talked with employees and the store manager numerous times, yet they are unable to keep their shelves full for even a short time. Last week I talked to an employee about it and was told the reason for that was that they sold too much of it to keep it in stock. They usually have from thirty to sixty gallons of regular drinking water and other assorted configurations of water, but rarely distilled water. Water is not the only thing they have trouble stocking. This company it seems that they never actually go beyond a computer screen to inspect their stock. Last month I was looking to buy some sweetened Ice Tea. They had everything you could imagine in choices of Iced tea but not one bottle of sweetened ice tea, the most popular. I guess they sell too much of that as well to keep it in stock. I spent years in retail from sweep up boy to regional manager. We used to physically walk our stores every day checking our stock. We would stock more if an item was selling more, but I guess that must be considered 'old school' these days.

No concern for the disturbances to the senior housing next door. Early morning delivery trucks blowing at the gate. Why can't they call for someone to come out and let them in, not to mention a refrigerator trailer next to our building that's very annoying 24/7.

They delivered food to wrong house and told to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. When i complained that i would have to wait to buy more food they gave me a credit of less then 1/2 i spent.
