Ralphs - Misleading information provided by a cashier
I purchased Knott Berry Farm tickets on 7/2/14 and I was told by the cashier that the tickets were good until the end of 2014. When I tried to used the tickets at the park, I was told they were not valid and expired on 11/1/2014.
I contacted the store manager Sandra Leal, Steve and Sharon at the Gardena Ralph's on Redondo Beach Blvd, and I was given the run around by the manager and the employees and I was given wrong information, no follow-up as committed and I was provide wrong numbers for customer service. I am extremely upset and I am requesting a credit on my American Express credit card for $112.00 for 1 adult ticket and 2 children tickets. I have the tickets and my receipt available if you need proof of purchase.
After google searching a customer service complaint department for Ralph's, I finally after numerous hours today 11/21, reached someone willing to assist me (Debbie) who opened a case for me and contacted the store manager Sandra Leal, I am still awaiting for a return call to discuss my options to take care of this issue.
